Munich: It's a wrap!

I just returned to my hotel after my last night out in Munich. My cab driver got pulled over for speeding about 2 blocks from my hotel and as police got ready to administer what looked like a series of tests for alcohol - he didn't look drunk to me - I decided I would just walk the rest of the way. After all, Munich is by far the safest city that I have ever been to. In the past few days I have walked around Munich in the middle of the night without a hint of worry - not that I ever worry :). I'll try to write an entry tomorrow night about my time in Munich, but in essence I had a great time, drank phenomenal beer, visited some poignant places and enjoyed in my opinion one of the best Museums in the world: Deutsches Museum of technology and science.

So tomorrow morning I'm checking out and heading south to the Alps of Austria. For the next 4 nights I'll be staying in Innsbruck, home to two winter Olympic games. The route to Innsbruck should provide for some amazing scenery, so if I can I'll stop to take some panoramas. Anyways I have a lot of photos I want to share, but it'll wait to tomorrow. Goodnight from Munich!
